    Ethics of cooperative and sentient creatures capable of choosing between opportunities, must develop both objective morality (ethics of ‘natural law’) and group competitive ethics (moral norms), and individual competitive ethics (personal moral judgements). The principle conflicts in the study of manners, ethics, morality, and group evolutionary strategy (law of cooperation), are caused by (a) differences in male and female reproductive strategy, (b) differences in the desirability of the classes (associative, reproductive, economic, political, and military), and (c) differences in distributions of abilities between groups (tribes), and (d) necessities of territorial adaptation. Ergo while ethics(and morals) are objectively decidable across any group, because objectively decidable ethics exist, individuals, groups, and very large groups each construct portfolios of more complex normative and personal ethics(morals) so that they can successfully compete against other peers, genders, classes, tribes, nations, and civilizations. This does not mean that we cannot say one civilization’s nation’s, tribe’s, class’, gender’s person’s are decidability more moral than another’s. But then, these things we call ethics (morals) are tools of evolution. And both prey, parasite, and predator exist between organisms in nature, and prey, parasite and predator exist within organisms as well.

    Dear Volodymyr Groysman

    Prime Minister of Ukraine.

    We’re very proud of you. We are proud of Ukraine. But the progress is slow. And the inability to reform the judiciary is the reason for that slow change. Our economy requires credit to expand. We can’t have credit when judicial outcomes are determined by bribes with regularity. We can’t expect the young judges to remain uncorrupted with eight hundred dollar a month salaries.

    We all know the problem is the Oligarchical control of the government, much of the common property, the media, and much of the land and resources. We also know that aggressive movement against them could degenerate into civil war – because they are well armed. But our failure to make these two problems the primary topic of public discourse, means that the people continue to blame the the government for their continued poverty.

    I live here and the daily pain of ordinary people is difficult to bear when I understand that there is nothing preventing Ukraine from achieving a natural position of one of the great states of Europe, but 40 oligarchical families holding the citizenry hostage, and 10,000 members of the judiciary helping them. So as appreciative as we are of your efforts, and as proud as we are of our men fighting in the east, and the sacrifices of Maidan, and our shift to the west, our people suffer the constant indignity of poverty while we talk about minor changes rather than making the central problem of restoring the common assets of the country to public control.

    You see, in my view, we keep the church but we expand its portfolio of content dramatically. We don’t even need to work hard. People who want church any kind of knowledge or social experience for the family will come. The other churches will continue to either die off or adapt.

    I want to defeat the state with the church.

    But my concept of the church is a very different one.

    Tria nomina

    Typical Roman names of the late Republic had three parts (the “tria nomina”). Example: Gaius Iulius Caesar where:

    – Gaius is a praenomen (“given name”, plural praenomina),

    – Julius is a nomen (“gens or clan name”, plural nomina), and

    – Caesar is a cognomen (“family name within a gens”, plural cognomina).

    Some names had no cognomen, but in other cases a second cognomen, (called an agnomen), was added. Female names could follow similar conventions, with a few differences. Additional elements such as tribal affiliation and “filiation” (parentage), were also sometimes used.
