I mean, look. I could write a bot for ‘arguing’ like these people. Bots only mimic sentience. These people only mimic sentience. They’re just gene machines: ‘lie, gossip, rally, shame, and form enough of an irritant that I can get what I want through cost imposition rather than productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchanges. I mean, if I can get away with parasitism I not only gain, but I damage my enemy.
That is (((their))) group evolutionary strategy. It is the evolutionary strategy of our lower class women. Which is why they use it and we so often fall for it.
They are just parasitic machines. not humans. not really even animals. Just parasitic machines that mimic us.

There were sick f–ks in my neighborhood in the sixties and seventies. But it was impossible to be anonymous. At our levels of population density, the sick f–ks can hide in their youth, hide in their teens, hide in their adulthoods. Because socialization is both what identifies and limits them.
Out of roughly 250 families in the neighborhood, we had 1- adult rapist, 1-adult who raped his daughters (a communist btw), 1 guy who grew up to be a stalker and double-murderer; 1 kid who liked to bury cats and run them over with lawn mowers; a handful of people who became drug addicts; one teacher’s daughter that became a prostitute; and god knows how many alcoholics. (My father among them).
It was an ‘unnatural’ place for for our family. We moved to this small, obscure, rural city because my father had bought a small company there. In other parts of town I’m sure our experience would have been different. But (as I understand it) they chose a less expensive house in a less expensive neighborhood, so that they could pay for the business, and because the business was unreliable. (The real estate agent warned them.)
I know this affected me because it is the reason that I have a fairly harsh opinion of man, made much worse by my experiences going to university in West Hartford, (which is quite lovely) but having to spend unfortunate amount of time in Hartford, which is only slightly better a hell hole than baltimore, bridgeport, and new haven.
In fact, the entire connecticut river valley has been turned into a hell hole by union labor, the ‘puritans’, and their (((allies))) near new york.

MONEY
Live Cheaply.
Save 1/2 of what you make -first. Live on the rest.
Spend all of the rest every month. Enjoy it.
Use 1/2 of it to invest in territorial goods.
Use 1/5 of it to invest in gold bought at quarterly lows.
Put investments in holdings overseas where untouchable.
Build a small business with talented people not friends.
OTHER ADVICE
Buy exceptional used luxury cars that quickly depreciate, rather than new cars. New car premium with financing is sucker’s money.
IMPEDIMENTS: WOMEN (NESTING COSTS)
This strategy requires a great deal of sacrifice on consumption.
It is women who will generally prevent you from this strategy.
However, if you follow this strategy you will attract much better women.
This is the problem facing men.
The want of women more than the want of wealth.
With wealth come good women.
Without wealth they rarely come.
LOWERING COST OF WOMEN
Grooming. fitness. friends. reading books.
Non-fitness hobbies are sunk losses.
Home investment rather than car investment.
it’s not complicated. you are male. no matter what your demonstrable market value, you dramatically overrate your market value. always maximize your market value. This includes plastic surgery to remove ‘ethnic and genetic discounts’.
WOMEN COSTS
Girlfriends are cheap, and can be rotated every 18-24 months. They are the cheapest per-incident cost.
Dates are a little more expensive per incident, but are time consuming and depend mostly upon your desirability. Men who can use this strategy don’t need the advice. They already use it.
“Paid Women” are more expensive than dates per incident. Evidence is that they have negative externalities for future relationships because of the modification of your personality.
“First Marriages” are more expensive than paid women if you accumulate ANY debt to finance them or life afterward.
“Terminating Marriages” are more expensive than first marriages because you cannot make up the lost earnings, lost capital, and if you have children or alimony you are doomed to poverty in old age. Also the per incident cost increases rapidly after the first two years.
“Lasting Marriages” are expensive, but are redeemable in old age since women do very well later in life and men not so much. Lasting marriages tend to rapidly decline in incidents.
