I have a strict no-ridicule, no-meme, no-stupid policy. And it has worked well for me. Either make an argument, say something accomodating, or shut up. The way to defeat Ridicule, Shaming, Gossip, and Rallying ( feminine argument) is to return the ridicule, repeat the material question, avoid all engagement outside of it, and exhaust the other parties, using the venue to promote your ideas. If in person, use violence. i use it, recommend it, and write about it. All online attacks are marketing opportunities. If you are marketing the truth then likability is irrelevant. if likability is relevant then one is not selling a marginally beneficial truth.

Try to avoid stupidity in my presence. It gives me headaches. Different cultures do rely on different methods of argument, semantic relations, and definitions of truth. West is uniquely empirical: externally correspondent. All others rely on some version of wisdom literature.

  • The principle problem with reorganizing linguistics is deflating ‘universal gram

The principle problem with reorganizing linguistics is deflating ‘universal grammar’, into the three spectrums of experience, and the physical, ideal, and imaginary dimensions of the universe. I can reduce the physical dimensions to action, and the experiential to combinations of reward systems (prey drive/mate drive), and the imaginary to a combination thereof. That’s just going to take me a long time. Maybe a year at the minimum – unless I’m lucky. But as I’ve tried to argue over the past few weeks I don’t think I need to go to that level in order to make my case. So I guess I have to say that I’m ‘unstuck’ from the grammar problem. And starting yesterday I was able to continue the chapter on vocabulary of epistemology.
