    HEALTH

We are not the same. we have different genes and processes and needs. The truth is that if you are getting enough exercise your body will tell you what to eat via cravings. If you are struggling to define what you need to eat via then you are not getting enough exercise. Most foods i see today are used as sedatives for lack of exercise, sociability, and rest. If you are using food as a curative or sedative you’re working on the wrong problem. It’s fitness, socialization, and rest.

Ive been saying this for the past three years, but we need a ‘college’, so that we can bring dozens of people together, take in fees for teaching natural law, and provide room, board, and fitness using government money (that we will never really have to repay).

We have all the pieces. The primary problem has been my health. And my current environment isn’t helping me any. I’m healthier, but I need to get in better shape so that my energy lasts longer. And I need longer periods of quiet to get into the ‘flow’ that are just impossible right now.

I’ve been reluctant to start teaching classes online because I don’t have a place for a studio and by the time I get a studio set up, I’ve used too much of my energy, and thought about too many different to teach the subject with passion.

Too much on my plate as always.

  • End The Immigration of Labor

The nuclear family lets itself to a village where extended family is nearby and children move between households to provide labor rather than paying the cost of slaves. (really, that’s the answer). The nuclear family requires very cheap land. This is probably the most overlooked cost. The benefit of the nuclear household and shared labor, is that (a) it’s possible for family capital to be mobile, (b) it prevents dysgenia from slavery, (c) delays childbirth, and (d) prevents dysgenia from underclass reproduction. The nuclear family is also superior under early capitalism where we move people to capital. The problem is, it’s destructive. Move capital to people rather than people to capital. END IMMIGRATION OF LABOR.

  • We Are Always Wrong

You know, if we had let the soviets expand their ‘communism’ into the islamic countries, they would have crushed islamism, enforced education, and removed muslim illiteracy as well as superstition. Yet their economies would have eventually failed as all socialist economies do. And then they would have transferred to consumer capitalism and markets out of envy rather than resistance. We are always wrong. Kings were far better than democracies.

  • Chinese Insularism Is the Optimum Strategy

My understanding of history is that the Chinese insularism, is absolutely the optimum strategy. The principle problem wth the chinese was that they failed to solve the problem of competing interests, and tort law to resolve them, which prevented them from solving the problems of (formal) reason, and science. If the romans had built the walls, (which they started) they would have given us ‘china’ in the same way that the mountains gave india, and the desert gave africa, and the oceans gave australia and the americas, the central problem has been the tribalism of the people of the desert and steppe: the middle east.

  • More People Are Mentally Ill than Is Obvious

Far more people are mentally ill than is obvious from daily discourse. The principle reason is that they are vastly under socialized and their less than able minds are not constrained by continuous training under pressure of peers. Americans are de facto crazy, where other peoples are de facto escapist, religious, or superstitious. This is because we have attributed to and demanded from ordinary people the agency of the middle, upper middle and upper classes. And the fact is that the reason people are in the middle and upper classes is precisely because they possess agency that others do not.
