I have come to understand that monarchies are better at the production of aesthetic commons, the generals better judges of war; the middle class at commercial commons; and the lower class at insurance commons. I would prefer we only let people engage in the production of commons they are good at. And that they have ‘skin in the game’ for any commons that they produce.

(FB 1548514833 Timestamp) When I was a kid I would go to city hall (local government) meetings with my father. When I was in high school and college I would randomly sit in the courtroom and listen. As an executive contracts and lawsuits are part and parcel of any business of any scale, particularly in risky businesses like technology. IMO it should be required that children are taught the law, the prosecution, defense, the jury, and the judge by observing and then doing it. Because it is extremely difficult to overcome the hurdle of moral intuition vs the law. I never had the opportunity to embrace romantic falsehoods.
