There is no weaponry I don’t know about b/c costs are visible. There is no threat other than mexico and that’s an advantage. The rest of the world needs USA’s stability. USA doesn’t. An unstable chaotic world just makes everything better for the USA (canada, australia, uk).

… but in the end the crisis will occur, and my work will stand one way or the other, and the product will stand one way or the other, and the institute will stand one way or the other, and that’s pretty good set of accomplishments for a lifetime given I’ve almost died 3 times.)

Now, I realize my kid lives across the street from Microsoft’s campus, so it’s not necessarily representative of the rest of the country. But from his behavior and from the school lesson criteria, and how well it’s working online, it’s painfully obvious that bringing the majority of kids to classrooms after say, third grade – is pretty pointless – at least for other than the ‘ahem’ underclasses whose parenting skills and food supplies are lacking. Same for college courses. Almost none of it benefits from physical presence.

  • Learning P by Following Posts

—“I’m a good example of someone who didn’t learn P, just kept following posts and after around 6 months I can follow posts pretty easily. A lot of the operational terms come up consistently and once you’ve looked up ‘demarcation’ a few times, and seen how it’s used you know what it means. Still haven’t won a King of the Hill yet though, I figure I’ll have to actually learn P to be able to do that.”— Grant Cameron McPhee

Yeah, well, you just illustrated that you learned by playing king of the hill: observing the game until you’re ready to try to make the climb. THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO TEACH HUMANS THAN KING OF THE HILL GAMES – IT IS HOW WE EVOLVED TO LEARN

  • Touch

Apr 11, 2020, 10:57 PM (relationships) [L]ook. I don’t know how many dozen women I’ve taught this very simple reality. If you want to talk to a man as a woman about a woman’s concerns you must touch him and wait until it calms him (it will) so that he can shift his attention. If a woman is touching a man she’s a woman. If a woman is talking to a man she’s a fact. There is a reason that you want to touch a man if you offend or hurt him. it’s because evolution taught you what touch does to a man. your talk-instinct evolved for women and children. It didn’t evolve for men. Monogamous marriage is a late development, and for some of us as late as the middle ages. Being so busy we are saturated in dopamine, overstimulated with light, and we are not calm enough or bored enough to use affection, play, and sex as a form of entertainment is a very very recent phenomenon and one of the reasons for decline in sex, reproduction, relationships and happiness. You’re a woman for a reason. Use it. Woman are a sedative. They give men mindfulness. Conversely, when negotiating for something material do not use this technique as it builds distrust because it is a false promise. So, for attention use affection. For negotiation use conversation. Separate the emotional from the ‘commercial’. And yes, crying is always cheating. lol It’s a woman’s other superpower. Totally unfair.
