FIT WITHIN OUR NATURAL LAW’S CAUSAL HIERARCHY

    Our hierarchy:

    Neural → Behavioral → Economic → Institutional → Civilizational.

Huntington’s Culture Matters supplies the behavioral–normative bridge:

    – Neural: innate temperament and cognitive bias.
    – Cultural: codified and transmitted preferences for truth, reciprocity, responsibility.
    – Institutional: formalization of those preferences into law and governance.
    – Civilizational: accumulation of accomplishments (Murray) under sustained epistemic norms (Mokyr).

It explains how the demand for truth and reciprocity becomes moral habit — the necessary precondition for decidable cooperation.

    Comparative Insights

This schema allows direct operationalization of cultural variables into our measurement grammar.

    Summary
Culture Matters adds the moral-psychological substrate missing from both Murray and Mokyr. It demonstrates empirically that belief in causality, personal responsibility, and reciprocity precedes institutional and civilizational success.

Thus, within our Natural Law architecture:

Belief (Culture) → Institution (Mokyr) → Achievement (Murray).

That triad produces the full causal chain of cooperation—from value to institution to output—capturing both the internal (moral) and external (institutional) prerequisites of civilizational excellence.

THE WORLD the boomers, Jones and gen-x grew up in no longer exists. It has nothing to do with them. It has everything to do with the rest of the world ‘catching up’ to six hundred years of european advantage: rationalism, empiricism, science, technology, republican government, rule of law, education and a vibrant capitalist economy.

The question is, why are Gens Milennial and Z so uneducated, indoctrinated, unfit, and dependent? Well? It’s women in education and the media…. Really.

    SOCIAL DEMOCRACY is NOT SOCIALISM.
Socialism (centralization of the means of production) does not work – it has failed every time, and it must fail.

Finland is a small homogenous high-iq northern European protestant culture. They are not saddled with three underclasses as the USA is (black, hispanic, and now muslim). And they do not ‘tolerate’ the freedoms to be lazy etc that the USA does.

LAYOFFS ARE PRESS ATTENTION SEEKING NOT CAUSE
FYI: it is NOT clear that the job market is being affected by the AIs. Instead, the job market is correcting – it began with musk firing the ‘excess baggage’ at twitter. And this gave all the companies public permission to follow suit without share prices dropping. But tech companies overhired during covid for well understood reasons.

Instead, and this is true everywhere we look, the companies that are large and in the tech space, that have to invest in AI, are trimming staff to pay for the outrageous overhead cost of the hardware or compute time. Those that aren’t doing so are just following the ‘sentiment’ and the ‘demographics’ and the likelihood of world conflict.

So that’s what is happening. It’s not ai affecting jobs.
In fact, all reports show a decline in the use of ai in the workplace. And a general increase in the sense of disappointment.

I am certain this disappointment is a matter of over-promising when there are hurdles left. Just so they can maintain the hype necessary to attract investment, necessary in turn to pay for the profound losses this investment in AI is producing.

    I hope this helps.

    HOW RUNCIBLE PREVENTS HALLUCINATION
Our method prevents hallucination because it forbids its necessary preconditions:
    – Ambiguous language,
    – Unfalsifiable claims,
    – Discretionary interpretation,
    – Untestable metaphysical or moral propositions,
    – And unaccountable speech.
Hallucination is not just discouraged—it is incompatible with a system that requires decidability by construction. Hallucination cannot occur without violating Natural Law’s invariant requirements. Therefore, our work does not merely reduce hallucination; it renders it epistemically and grammatically impossible.

    RUNCIBLE PROMISE
Runcible provides the missing governance layer for AI — a universal constraint and closure system that makes outputs decidable, lawful, and insurable.
It ensures every AI action is testable, truthful, reciprocal, and warrantable, allowing AI to operate responsibly in high-liability markets.
In short, we made AI governable — and therefore profitable.

    (NLI/Runcible)
    Explaining our AI a bit:
Courts don’t use numbers (cardinal measures) for decidability – only restitution and punishment. They use pass-fail criteria or a hierarchy of pass-fail criteria. While we, in Runcible, may output something numerical, everything is indexed with words: by natural indexing. And any numbers we use are nothing but representations of the approximate delta between them, for ease of understanding.

Our opinion is that the basics of our work can be taught anywhere from seventh to twelfth grade, and certainly in the first two years of college. But more importantly, we need our work taught in the first year of law school, and we need to provide incentives (they actually exist already) to police and obtain award for policing the judiciary and the state.
At present the napoleonic code in europe provides an administrative court for doing so. In our opinion, as demonstrated by the problems trump has had with lower courts unskilled in constitutional matters – only in procedure and code – this is a necessary restructuring of the court system. In part because the common law evolved when one could appeal to the local church, the local manor, the local city, the local sheriff, even the parliament, and eventually the king.
Theoretically our representatives and senators were to fulfill that role, but to suppress corruption we reduced tehir influence, and the centralization of power in washington requiring full time legislators there, has functionally left the people without a vehicle for protection from the state.
Of course our work at the institute seeks to remedy this situation through constitutional ‘completion’ more so than reform. In other words, the natural and common law are merely incompletely stated for handling the emergent scale. We seek to complete that law rather than ‘reform’ it. Even if the word ‘reform’ applies correction rather than completion.

    Races of Man
I use pictures for the ideologically captured.
There are at least four speciation events, before the word was populated sufficiently for subsequent hybridization.
    1) East african rift valley -> coastal route, 2) -> Oceana 2) dry persian gulf -> iranian plateau and Anatolia 3) -> Europe 4) and -> East Asia (disputed path either coastal or from india to mongolia) 5) the ancestral north eurasians are now extinct as they have dispersed into europeans and siberians and into the americas. Obviously the neanderthals and dravidians as well as the other offshoots of the earlier migrations are extinct.
By the end of the ice age, the four (five) major races (subspecies) were as different as europeans vs east asians. The agrarian revolution allowed the expansion of populations, migrations, and the development of trade. As such we remain four/five different subspecies adapted to local climate and resources, in a neotenic distribution from african to east asian, with hybridization due to human reproductive plasticity and adaptability.
The primary differences are the degree of neotenic evolution possible under isolation speciation and pressure for cooperation.
