–“The evolutionary velocity of civilization depends upon the encouragement of mindfulness at the expense of mindlessness.”– Dr. Brad Werrell

–“The constraints limit (narrow the range of) discretion down to computability within the limits of defection. So discretion is the inverse of mindfulness. The extreme constitutes an ethical and moral bot rather than one that is reactive, opportunistic, unethical, immoral, or even evil.”– Dr. Brad Werrell

Context: Volume 1 – The crisis of the age – chapter 30 – Group evolutionary strategies.

–“If Doolittle’s theory is true, it suggests that societal outcomes are not infinitely malleable but constrained by evolutionary and demographic factors, challenging universalist assumptions about equality and convergence across civilizations.”–

Well I say convergence is possible but must be evolved in the population, and that genetic and cultural reforms are necessary.

And that’s just not something everyone wants to hear. 🙁

    Conclusion
“If Doolittle is right, his hypothesis redefines natural law as a science of cooperation, rooted in evolutionary differences that explain why the West’s high-trust society is exceptional but fragile.
It suggests that sustaining prosperity requires aligning institutions with specific demographic and cultural capacities, challenging universalist assumptions and justifying tailored policies.
Historical and scientific evidence partially supports his claims—Western institutions have produced unique outcomes, and group differences in behavior are documented—but counterexamples like diverse, stable societies and the lack of empirical data for his framework raise doubts.
Practically, implementing his ideas faces resistance due to polarization and ethical concerns about exclusion.
The controversy surrounding Doolittle, as discussed previously, is thus both warranted (due to his provocative framing) and a natural reaction to his challenge to universalist dogmas, akin to Darwin or Galileo.
If validated, his ideas could reshape policy, but they require rigorous testing and broader engagement to avoid the pitfalls of cultural bias and moral blindness.”

THE FALLACY OF INCLUSION INTO THE POLITY
    (by Brad Werrell)
A core error of modern liberalism is assuming that mere presence or legal status entitles someone to full benefits of a polity.

    Let’s break it down.

A polity isn’t just a space. It’s a people with a shared evolutionary strategy, institutions, norms, language, and burdens. Membership requires reciprocity—not just location or paperwork.

Let’s examine the false assumptions behind this fallacy: “If I’m here, I belong.”
“If I have citizenship, I deserve equal voice.”
“If I suffered, I am owed.”
“If I vote, I am the people.”
    All false under Natural Law.

The modern West conflates moral inclusion with civilizational compatibility.
    But:
    – Sympathy ≠ Suitability
    – Paperwork ≠ Participation
    – Residence ≠ Responsibility

This fallacy arises from several corrupt philosophical lineages:
    – Christian Universalism → “All souls are equal before God”
    – Enlightenment Humanism → “All men are equal”
    – Marxism → “The marginalized must be included”
    – Postwar Guilt → “Exclusion is oppressive”

These narratives all ignore one truth:
    – Civilization is a constrained cooperative alliance.
    – Not everyone is suited for it.
    – And it cannot survive unlimited inclusion.

    Consequences of this fallacy:
    – Institutional fragility
    – Loss of group sovereignty
    – Demographic destabilization
    – Moral incoherence
    – Parasitism disguised as moral virtue

    Under Natural Law:
    – Membership must be earned
    – Reciprocity must be maintained
    – Exclusion is justified for preservation
    – A polity is not an open club—it’s an ancestral contract for future survival.

Inclusion without qualification isn’t compassion—it’s suicide.
    – Truth: A polity is a people with a shared strategy, not a hotel room.
    – Stop falling for the fallacy.
    – Reclaim reciprocity.
    – Secure your civilization.

–“Our addition sharpens the epistemic framing: the universe has no recipe, no designer, and no foresight—only constraint, difference, recombination, and survival. This is the great inversion of theological, metaphysical, and anthropomorphic thinking: existence does not emerge from intelligence—intelligence emerges from existence.”– The Natural Law Volume 1 the Crisis of The Age, Chapter 8, Evolutionary Computation.

–“The concept of “commons”—referring to shared resources like land, water, forests, or other natural assets accessible to a community rather than privately owned—has deep roots in European history, extending back over two millennia. While the term itself and more formalized legal frameworks emerged in medieval times, the underlying idea of communal access and use predates this, originating in ancient Roman law and likely drawing from even earlier tribal practices across Europe.”–
