I find almost everything written a literary cover to obscure ignorance of the relative simplicity of brain in producing experience. So while men were rendered unemployed by outsource of manufacturing women are going to be rendered unemployed by outsource of clerical work to AI.
But the real reason (somehow lost in time) is that unions drove manufacturing offshore. And the conservatives advanced it because of the alliance between unions and the democrat (communist) party.
Now, it’s the conservatives who have taken in labor as a means of repatriating industry now that unions are decimated, and the democratic (communist) party is disavowed.

Other than OpenAI and Grok, every other LLM is utterly incompetent for our purposes – embarrassingly so. Occasionally we find perplexity useful for research.Is there any reason we should continue to pay for our accounts with Anthropic, Gemini, et all?
They brag about context window size for example but cannot tolerate large documents, hallucinate terribly, and err constantly.
I realize what we do is harder for LLMs than math and code, but that doesn’t prevent OpenAI from handling it.
