    WELL, GOT ANOTHER COURSE IN THE QUEUE

    Seems (crossed fingers) I’ve managed to recruit someone very good (who shall be unnamed until we are ready) to do the presentation work on the history and uniqueness of western civilization.

    This course will be a combination of Duchesne, Huntington, Fukuyama, my own work, and bits from a few others. And it will be emphatically elitist, eurocentric, and nationalistic.

    Coming nicely although this month I’m working on the Institute site, and creating content for classes -and fussing through some finer points of religion. Much easier to teach the material in classroom than write it, and I think the optimum is class then book.

    (My site has been replaced by the institute, and my blog integrated into the institute. [Again, thank *Robert Coleman* for funding the site for the year. He’s thanked, as promised, on every page of the blog.] )

    ( I have been moving content to the site over the weekend. It will take me the rest of the week to finish the content of the site. )

    ( I should be able to start both Art and Law in January. You will be able to see the rest of the program’s courses. But it will take us a while to produce the content for each discipline – hopefully we will recruit experienced authors to do so. Hopefully we will turn some of you into teachers. ‘Cause it’s gonna kill me to do more than just the law series. )

    ( No more problems of being banned from FB, since the institute has its own internal FB equivalent. )

    So NOT YET BUT SOON you can see what we have been aiming at for the past six years. SIX YEARS!!!!

    (I know the religion thing is painful but I am very close to finished with it. Most people want a new religion. I want to restore the church and family as the central institution of our society, and eliminate the state-finance-consumption sector as a means of preying upon our people. To make that work requires another reformation. Not to the exclusion of the protestant one. But to restore a religion for OUR people. And it doesn’t mean I have to invent it. I just have to put the box around it to protect whatever is there. So i’m sorry if it’s offensive but it’s got to be done. Even atheists have a religion, they just can’t articulate it as one. And the one we have is dying along with the next generation.)

When you have enough content that you find nothing substantially new, then you can try to synthesize each theme into a chapter. Then organize the chapters into an argumental arc (story). Then write an introduction that explains the organization of the chapters into that argument (story). And that is precisely how books are made. They are not made by starting out with a presumption that you are right, and seeking to justify it. Now I am not trying to push brandon the direction of writing a book, but to encourage others to both use what he is producing, imitating his effort, and to consider that if you do want to produce something, that this is how it is done. -cheers. )
