  • Update for March

TABOOS VIDEO ON THE ABRAHAMIC METHOD I’ve just one slide left and the script and slides for the Taboos video on Abrahamism, the female strategy of undermining, and the Jewish Question will be ready to record. So, despite being sick I still got something done this week. You might have seen some of the slides in John Mark’s last video. (And yes I realize I am making John’s life difficult when I work on taboos.) The presentation is very dense. I’ve demo’d it twice. People followed. Understood. Learned. But they are people who are familiar with my work. And I am not able to tell how well it stuck with them. Like most things I do I think it will require multiple viewings/listenings. TECH BIZ I have biz stuff to work on that I’m stressing over, and very motivated to do. But I can’t hold spreadsheets, bug lists, schedules and marketing in my head, and let the magic happen in this state. I forget what I’m doing. It’s exasperating. COMMUNITY BUILDING – Some of the women have started a P-women’s group.

    • We’re going to reach out to create a P-muslim-ex-muslim group. There is a lot of demand there and I can’t have transformative conversations.
    • Might need to start one for jews too.
    • We already have a christian group.

WEB SITE I’ve moved the content back to December to the site. I think I have to move December and November. I think we’re current through october or the first week of november but there is sooooo much material i’m not sure. That’s the work I do late at night or when I’m fried. COURSEWARE I’m motivated to push out the next two classes on Foundations after the biz stuff. These are i) the hippocampal region and the geometry of mind, – thanks to Warren or Gilmour for the ‘geometry answers the question of the marginal indifference of qualia’; and ii) Consciousness and the major circuits of the brain. IDIOTS GUIDE Then I want to work on the Idiots Guide to the P-Method some more. I think I have figurd out how to reach at least the college crowd, and make the 100+ crowd at least understand that it’s a methodology that does what it promises. CONSTITUTION and THE WHITE LAW Then it’s back to the constitution. The constitution is taking me forever, and it’s causing me to delay other deliverables. So I have to spread my time around on whatever I can possibly pay attention to. NEXT COLLECTION (BOOK) I heard from someone today that the next ‘annual’ collection of my work is ready to be worked on. We have combined the previous two years, and that’s given to Michael. I might be more enthusiastic about publishing it if all three were combined into one book, that brought all the content current. Michael sees this book as the normie readings of P. LIBERTARIAN BOOK – SOVEREIGNTY I need to find (and have someone fund) editing the libertarian book. I think that’s far along enough that someone very close to the work can get it to release condition. THE BIG BOOK I haven’t moved the big book technical content over to the site’s version of it. Most importantly the section on the logics. That will take another week I think. RELIGION, WOMEN And of course I’m continuing the current work on religion and women – which is at least more interesting to most people that the more technical subjects. It’s more … enjoyable … for me too. BRANDON’S WORK I don’t know the status of Brandon Hayes’ work since his sorting of everyone’s work into subjects is turning into a book that just needs to be edited. OTHER COURSES Again, If we could raise funding to pay someone to hire out the courses we could get that up and running, and then edit every course’s content so that it’s commensurable with the foundations. POLITICAL PARTY political parties fail without governance and I want the written word to govern rather than arbitrary differences that just spin out of control. This is where most ‘volunteers’ will add value. REVOLUTION AND REFORMATION Again, we go with the solution first and if we fail, then we have moral license. SUMMARY So we are getting close to launch. I would like us to kick out another generation of thought leaders before we do.

May 24, 2020, 2:59 PM 1) I have been down with a cold this week, but didn’t want to say anything given present chaos. So sorry for limited visibility. This is the result of taking little old ladies to health care places where I catch something every time I go there. 2) I reported a WordPress authentication bug, and as a consequence WordPress.com managed somehow to screw up permissions on our site – effectively locking me out of administering the look of it with lovely 403 errors, while still allowing me to post. This appears hopefully to have been corrected. but as usual, after updating the Theme to test if that was the issue, there are menu and navigation errors that will take me some time to correct. 3) I’m making use of my temporary infirmity to update content. I’ve updated the website with FaceBook post content back to Feb 1, at least for Curt but not Eric. That means the site’s only missing part of Nov-Dec, and some of January. Hopefully I’ll have it up there soon. 4) Next I’ll go thru the new content on the site and migrate it into (merge it into) the book. Its at just under 900 printed pages at the moment and I expect well over 1000 even after editing it down. 5) A lot more of the book is up on the site now. Sometime shortly I’ll delete links to existing content and just link to chapters of the book. I created a master document that merges in each chapter and section. This effectively ends my duplication of efforts by working in fb > site > scrivener > word > site, and it means I use the site now as my primary word processing environment (which is quite honestly, better now that WP has the new distraction free editor – and such a deep revision history. It’s just the safest writing environment I can find.) 6) After that it’s curating, tagging, and removing dupes from the nearly fifteen thousand posts, so that book chapters can link to related content. 7) Brandon and I are working on ‘launching’ via a Constitutional Convention of sorts. The question is the context: whether we can pull from all sides or not. (we hope so). 8) I’ll probably start releasing the podcasts but not on youtube as they will be too incendiary. They openly declare the terms. (SIDE NOTE: I have one on Stefan Molyneux that’s ready but I increasingly feel it’s beneath me (us) now to go there. I might release it if I need a few day’s distraction. But it’s the sort of end of his philosophical project and explains why he fails in debates by depending upon it.) 9) And then maybe I’ll get back to the course because I love that stuff and can’t wait to turn the content into courseware. 10) And then I’m going to see if our “Editor” will work on the sovereigntarians vs libertarian book that’s been basically done for almost two years now waiting for my attention. So much to do… never ends.

  • Setting Expectations on “the Book”

Oct 22, 2019, 11:13 AM I have multiple books at different stages of completion: 1) Essays selected by Michael and Alessandro, 2) Sovereignty which is the reformation of libertarianism, that I pulled out of the main book to shorten it, and 3) Whatever I end up calling the main book – I keep changing the title. 4) The Constitution which itself will be somewhere between a pamphlet and a book; And a fifth 5) which is closer to secular religion that I don’t expect to finish for a decade or more (assuming i live to finish it). Plus 6) We’re producing the Courses that teach the method, and apply it – because two things happened: I got stuck and needed to write the courseware to provide a foundation for the audience and distill it down to something digestible; and secondly, it was clear that we would need an overview. The reason is that my main book, which is extremely detailed, full of disambiguations into series and operational language is much more like Keynes’ General Theory (Math) than Marx’s Capital (lies), and on the scope of Heidegger’s attempt at inverting noun and verb, Kant’s attempt at secular theology, Hobbes/Locke/Smith/Hume success at realism and empiricism, and Democritus/Aristotle’s success at naturalism and reason. In other words, just as Aristotle created reason and naturalism, the British Enlightenment created empiricism and realism, Darwin, Menger, Maxwell(et all), Spencer, created science and the precursor to operationalism, I’m at the end of the operationalist stream thanks to Hayek (distributed knowledge, law as falsification), Popper (Knowledge, falsification) , Brouwer, Bridgman, Poincare (operationalism as falsification); Turing, the analytics (operational logic as falsification), Chomsky (continuous recursion) and Mandelbrot(operationalism at scale); And updated with what we’ve learned from cognitive science (language and the language facility, experimental psychology, the study of the brain’s functional areas, and neurology that facilitates them.) What does this mean? The Book is not going to reduce all of the Doolittle’s Propertarian Project of rendering the group strategy of western civlization into a formal logic and law to compete with the semitic abrahamic books of deceit, into common language prose – just the opposite. It is a book for other thought leaders, and would be critics. When the constitution is done (it isn’t, and john’s right to pressure me to work on it) that will be, as I understand it, the ‘short version’ of everything in a language everyone can – with effort – understand. And then if necessary refer to the big book for further explanation and study (think of it as a reference work). The Constitution – which is a template for the construction of ALL human polities regardless of distribution of decision making and returns on gains, is the culmination of the work. The Preface to the Constitution “The White Law” will explain the law beyond which none may tread without incurring retaliation by european men. At present we are trying to get Bill and the other guys (i don’t want to commit them by naming them) to teach. But they must have a course or two to teach. This requires I finish my work on the Foundations course and Bill finish his (ePrime-operational prose and more), and I put both of our new content contributions into the book, then finish editing it (which is difficult because it’s technical work). I have to repeat this notice regularly but each time I add a bit of detail. Part of my strategy was to create demand for the work by working in public. However, I want to perform due diligence against misrepresentation by frequently setting expectations, particularly of newbies, that if you want some sophomoric ideology to promote under democracy this isn’t it and I wouldn’t do it. This is the natural law under which men agree NOT to engage in conquest, predation, enserfement, enslavement, or extermination – and any violation by any excuse whatsoever will simply justify that action. In other words, this strategy, this work, this law, this constitution, is a via-negativa argument for cooperation. It is not the benefits of cooperating without parasitism. It is that the only reason not to prey upon is if we engage in full reciprocity – productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange of demonstrated interests free of imposition of costs by externality upon the demonstrated interests of one another’s ingroups. This is european civilization with teeth. Curt Doolittle
