    (Worth Repeating)

—Man was not oppressed. He was a violent, pragmatic, hyperconsumptive, hyperreproductive, ecologically devastating, superpredator, that was incrementally domesticated by taking over the dominance hierarchy like every other domesticated animal and regulating his behavior and reproduction, and that domestication was judge by selection for increasing participation in a productive division of labor.—

  • Monuments and War

Monuments say I own this land. Castles Courts and Parliaments say I rule this land. Temples and Churches say I control these people. Removing monuments says I conquered this land. Occupying castles, parliaments, or courts, says I conquered this Government. Building or destroying temples or churches, says I conquered these people. If one comes upon a territory or its institutions or its people with conquest rather than accommodation, then one comes by way of war. And the only response to war regardless of means is war. And there are no laws in war.

  • How many theories must fail?

A stock market consists of theories, a bond market of promises, a business of a gamble. How many of those theories have to fail before promises can’t be kept and gamblers lose their hand? Let me put this in perspective ok? Five companies, Just five, create the illusion that the market has expanded. Take that out and it’s something like 2008. This isn’t working. We can correct it but we need to correct it before we have no choice, and suffer doing it.

  • The Unavoidable Law of Successful Revolution

    1. There is only one political position: the moral high ground. 2. The only moral high ground is self-determination, rule of law, and the production of commons desired because of our differences. 3. There is only one means of capturing power: massive numbers the state cant claim are outliers and cant act against without losing legitimacy. 4. There is only one means of holding power once you have it: law. 5. And only after capturing power and imposing law can ‘preferences’ be put into place.

  • I don’t hate people…

I don’t hate people. Hate like anger makes you dim. It makes you care about trivialities. You hate people because you think they have agency – and are in control of themselves. But very few of us have agency, and everyone else is running archaic software that needs an upgrade. From my position of agency, the world is full of children running with scissors. And only men of agency, who create institutions to limit the harm people do to one another are capable of teaching them deliberately in education, normatively by saturation, and legally by the threat of punishment. Men of agency need the power to do that. those who lack agency need to fight to give men of agency the power to do that.
