THERE IS ONLY ONE. ALL ELSE IS FALLACY.

    1) There is only one means of expressing the truth: operationally. All else is fallacy: they are mere analogies.

    2) There is only one set of numbers: the natural numbers. All else is a fallacy: they are mere functions.

    3) There is only one cause of prohibited action, and property rights: the prohibition on free riding (involuntary transfer, imposition of costs). All else is fallacy. Justification of argument, and nothing more.

    4) There is only one test of moral action: fully informed, voluntary, productive exchange, backed by warranty. All else is a fallacy: justification for theft and nothing more.

    5) There is only one law and that is property. All else is a fallacy: they are mere commands.

    6) There is only one moral form of government: anarchy. All else is fallacy: they are mere justifications for the failure of sufficient articulation of property and property rights.

  • Boiling The Revolutionary Frog

[C]ontrary to popular imagination, the frog does eventually realize that the water is boiling. Apparently, like the frog, humans eventually realize that their tax, regulatory, and legal policy are killing them. But only when its too late. Our civilization is about to boil. And I’m going to add salt to the water. http://english.caixin.com/2014-04-22/100669023.html

  • Free Riding Isn't An Exception, It's the Rule.

FREE RIDING IS NOT AN EXCEPTION IT IS THE RULE. IT IS NATURAL TO MAN. PROPERTY IS THE EXCEPTION. ITS UNNATURAL. AND CREATING THE INSTITUTIONAL HABIT OF PRIVATE PROPERTY IS AN ACTIVE NOT PASSIVE PROJECT. [Y]a’ gotta’ understand: aristocracy is an activist form of defense. We evolved in a state of pervasive free riding. To create the institution of Property, you must deny people access to the fruits of your efforts except by voluntary exchange. To deny them access, you must use violence. You must first stop existing free riding. Then you must prevent future free riding. You cannot obtain liberty by pacifism, or reaction alone. Property requires activism. Because aggression against your property: the attempt to free ride upon your efforts, is not an exception – it is the RULE. Sorry. Aristocracy of the willing, for the willing.
