The rate at which free riding accumulates, and therefore the rate at which trust erodes, and economic velocity declines, is determined by the time between an innovation in free riding, and its suppression by law.

Technically speaking modern conservatism is a pretty young strategy. It’s not really surprising that it should take us this long to put it together.

Entrepreneurs innovate. Property is necessary for calculation and incentives. Trust is necessary for economic velocity (rates). As complexity expands so does the means of free riding and theft, so legal prohibitions must expand in criminal, ethical, moral, conspiratorial coverage at a marginally indifferent rate from the complexity of associations in order to maintain trust and economic velocity.
This state of affairs is only possible in homogenous polities.

Unfortunately, while fascism saved Europe from socialism and socialists, Keynes invented the next best thing: mixed economy; wherein we still control private property but not the proceeds from its use.

We have been so busy trying to take advantage of the physical world for 2500 years that we took the cooperative world for granted.
Is it any wonder that it was hard to understand the physical world – truth – when out minds and language evolved from negotiation not fro truth?
Is it any mystery then why rationalism and mysticism are such excellent vehicles for deceptive negotiations – positioning lie as truth, and various other forms of conflation?
But what is it that we are negotiating? And what changed with the scale of our social orders?
Propertarianism: we acquire and defend, negotiate to acquire and defend. And we use obscurity to hide thefts that otherwise violate the incentives for cooperation.
Behind the obscurant language and layers of loading and framing are very simple rules.
