  • Rothbard’s Ethical Ghetto

    (h/t: jack linn for reminding me to repost) [R]othbardian ethics are just an excuse to suppress the strong’s ability to use violence while maintaining the cunning’s ability to entrap, lie, cheat and steal. Liberty was created at the point of a sharp metal object, by heroic males, as a means of suppressing all forms of cheating by parasitism on the backs of others. Rothbard’s pretense is simply a means of justifying parasitism on that hard won liberty. There is nothing libertarian about Rothbardian ethics. Its just a complex philosophical lie to justify immoral and unethical theft.

    While you can feel love toward multiple people, you cannot exchange first priority with more than one person. The same way you cannot change first priority among many friends.

    Hell, I love everybody. But there is nothing like the total trust you share with someone you love, whose commitment to you is never in question, and upon whom you can count to share joys, passions, fears, and tragedy.

    Falsification requires you both understand and can falsify a central argument. (the theory).

    Like the wise man says: in any technical field people will say “I don’t know”. Btu when we talk of epistemology, ethics, morality, politics and economics, for some reason the average idiot has a vested interest in his nonsense opinion.

    Now, this is rational because we must make use of epistemology, ethics, morality and politics, while we probably do not need to make use of other disciplines.

    But that doesn’t mean it isn’t exhausting.
