3) All increases in the human condition consist of increases in per capita energy capture, conversion and consumption.
4) We cannot end increases in per capita energy transformation and consumption, but we can decrease the underclass populations.
5) The counter revolution against eugenics has the greatest chance of producing a great filter for humanity.

That’s not true. That’s a late effect of majoritarian democracy. Otherwise it’s a practice that has been used for millennia by every civilization.

That’s not true, but it certainly had influence by the first century AD on Christianity as Persians sought dominance over their empire and as other religions sought monotheism as an opposition to indo european dominance of old river valleey civlizations.
Greek philosophy evolved from greek law. Only late was it influnced by other religions as the world sought a solution to ethics as trade expanded, travel expanded, and contact increased, and empirs sought solutions to rule, and people sought solace in religion as their alienation increased – just as it has today.

Interesting that the Vatican is both slow and mercurial in its pronouncements. However given that the church treats the family and not the individual as the first institution of civilization there is some sensibility to it. The church’s policy is generally: Protect the individual but Promote the Family

(FWIW: My opinion, and the institute’s policy, is that if you’re a mature adult, over the age of 21, (possibly 25) then what you do with your body is your business. But that for children it’s a ‘baiting into hazard’. However, it is not legal, moral, ethical, or acceptable to demand others or the state or organizations participate in social construction or validation of one’s choices – we all pay the cost of personal expression. PS: Apologies to any of my acquaintances who I respect, for any offense.)

The difference between races and ethnicities is largely:
(a) Neoteny: morphology, behavior (Domestication)
(b) Average IQ (Intelligence)
(c) Verbal-Spacial Bias in IQ (ex: Ashkenazi vs Eas Asian)
(d) Religion, Tradition, and Culture (fixable with time)
(e) Utility of ingroup bias (ethnocentrism) in when politically intermixed. ( Unfixable )
Almost everything else is irrelevant.
But each of those is very relevant.

Yes. Our understanding is that we promote our work and our solutions to sheriffs, police, and military to appeal to their orderliness and heroism (and self interest).
