Yes. You can learn a whole lot by playing various sims, especially civilization. The reason most education is difficult is that its extra-context. Games create context.
Most guys in know in eastern ukraine that learned english did it by playing video games and watching movies.

The problem is this: it’s the underclasses alone that need state ed, because they need military (authoritarian) discipline by involuntary ‘training’ as a pack or herd that they cannot get at home – rather than voluntary ‘education’. That means they’re labeled unfit by schooling.
