A historical mistake, that will soon be corrected by one side or the other. When Ataturk tried to copy Vladimir and integrate with the west, it worked, but only until it was obvious that muslim immigration into the west would end in some sort of conflict due to non-integration.

Like I said. Deterministic function. Govts will convert to purely electronic funds. But the ledger provides a perfect tool for tracing economic behavior. It’s worse than cameras everywhere. There are advantages. There are also disadvantages. So we must preserve cash of some kind.
