IMO almost all states would produce some variation in abortion and inter-state travel and migration would assist us in sorting morally and culturally. Just FWIW: This is an excellent example of the consequence of the ‘demilitarization’, (which can rapidly respond with men and equipment outside of economic constraints) into bureaucracies that can’t. See the failures of Borders, Disasters, Disease, now Trade.
