It is hard to understand why RU cannot concentrate their BTG’s and execute combined arms, which should be enough to overcome UA. But RU failures of C&C, organization, training, equipment, technology, and esp logistics are apparently crippling them. (But RU will stick to it.)

(AFAIK they are trading the RU prisoners who surrendered after the failed bridge crossing (ones who had made it across before the shelling) for the UA soldiers from Mariupol. About the same number of men.)

RU hopes to disrupt supply lines just as UA is successfully disrupting supply lines. The difference is that NATO specializes in supply lines, and compared to RU, NATO and therefore UA, will never run out of supplies.

There was no NATO invite, just the opposite.
Nato did have presence training UA soldiers (obviously, because UA soldiers are fighting just like Americans do).
Yes we have the plans via intel leak and they wished to annex ukraine and end the ukrainian ethnicity.
