Ethically unjust is simply false. Separating by race is in the best interests of the lower half. Ethnocentrism is the optimum political order. No way around it. Why? Least resistance to redistribution, because least competition for political power.

The only solution is separatism (Nationalism) so that grops with particular needs can create norms, traditions, institutions, commons, and policies that suit their demographic demands.

Used to think of myself as a Jeffersonian (optimist) but with age I think more like a Burkeian (skeptic). Age does that. The ‘tone’ we read in the anglo age of legal enlightenment was similar to that we find in any other of the sciences. Because the explanatory power was vast.

Just to counter this fellow (who is not a fool), islamic rule is a democratic system, which relies on a vast number of ‘priests’ that master mythological wisdom, and democratically decide in their market (like our scientists in their market) what is theologically ‘good and true’.
