That does not mean they are not best.
Som state governmnets are better, some are worse.

Um… Texas is one of the best run, if not the best run, states in the country. There are certainly specific problems, but most of those originate at the federal level. Prohibiting Califorian immigrants into texas from voting for 20 years would fix more problems than not.

The USA is loud and chaotic but we always find a solution. it’s part of our culture. Personally I work to DIVIDE the usa by devolving it back to a federation. But RU is dead becaue there aren’t enough RU people, and the government is causing demographic and economic suicide.
