I am not sure yet. I said only that (a) RU would attack. (b) UA will fight to the last man (c) RU economy was weak (d) geostrategic necessity to stop RU expansion. (e) US DOD strategy would be to exhaust RU, maybe Putin – but not cause govt+econ collapse as in 92.
