It’s not a shortage. It’s that the RU are going to throw a wall of bodies regardless of how many corpses they turn into and UA kill ratio is still an awsome 3 or 4 to 1, but hasn’t reached necessary 5 or 5 to 1. So it’s just a question of numbers really. UA is just saying so.

The decision in this war will be determined as we have said since last summer, by this spring’s offensives. I’m not quite clear on what’s going on, but as usual it appears RU will use bodies as bullet magnets & I’m unclear on NATO/UA strategy, but they are ‘oddly’ unworried.

If you disagree with what I said you’re profoundly unfit for this subject matter. I suspect what you are confused by is socialism vs social democracy. In social democracy the government provides more redistribution of benefits at the cost of higher taxes and lower consumption.
