Waiting for Trump’s Reaction. But at this point the ‘insurrection’ that never happend, might just happen for real, whether Trump wants it or not. We have many unwritten laws in our system. Like all of the common law, they are traditions of wisdom. And the prohibition on political prosecution of a president after he leaves office, unless something on the order of treason or murder, is not a tradition that’s wise to break.

But while I would enjoy serving my country in a role as press secretary, senior advisor, or cabinet member, one must want to be President, and have the energy for it, and the temperament for it. And like my ancestors that have served previous presidents, I prefer to solve problems FOR the president, rather than BE the president. And for right now my work on legal, constitutional, and economic reform is more than enough for any man living. 😉 )
