THE GANG OF FOUR MEETS ON UKRAINE TODAY

(apologies to my russian friends. I must do my job countering propaganda in Ukraine. this is my job. I have to stay on message. I am an advocate for russian people. But I am at most an advocate for truth, liberty and prosperity: rule of law.)

The Longer Russian Conquest of Ukraine continues, the more men Ukraine trains to kill Russians. The better our army and volunteers become. The less tolerant of Russian interference in Ukraine they have. The less tolerant of the slow progress of the Ukrainian Purge of Russian and Soviet sympathizers. The more Ukrainian’s hate Russia. The stronger we get.

The Kremlin and our ousted ex-president conspired to weaken the Ukrainian military and build up the secret police, so that the re-conquest of Ukraine could would easier and for Russia to rebuild her empire.

The longer we fight, the more experienced our men, the better for Ukraine. The longer Russia fights, the worse for her economy, the more effort the west puts into pivoting again toward Russian containment.

1) Bring Russians home to Russia and out of occupied and formerly occupied territories.

2) Pay Ukraine for its losses by 99 years of discounted gas and oil.

3) Abandon hopes of a land-bridge between Russia and the conquered crimean peninsula.

4) Cease intentionally false propaganda and worldwide deceptive interference in the informational commons. Close of as china has if you want, but stop lying to the rest of us.

5) Write an honest account of your history:

(a) Russians are muscovites not Rus.

(b) Keiv is Rus(Scandinavian), Slav, and European(Germanic), and was the prize over which Russians(steppe mongol culture) and germans(teutonic land-river-sea agrarian protestants) fought.

(c) Northern Slavic Civilization (at least Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, if not also Czech’s, Lithuanians and Belarus) requires a Core State and NOT Russian or Germanic or Latin Catholic domination. The obvious candidate for the core state of the northern slavic peoples is Poland, which if it merged with Ukraine and Slovenia would be a population of 85M people controlling the best farm land on the european plain, if not the world. The moral geo political strategy is to assist these countries in that formation, not seek dominion over them, nor their integration into either empire.

(c) Russia conquered vast territories during the empire period (understandable) and retains the territory west of the Urals – for now. Despite Sinification. But the spread of Russian culture, government, ethics, and influence has be catastrophically detrimental to the more advanced countries in eastern Europe. And despite Russian mythology, there is no question at this point that german administration would have been superior to Russian.

(d) Russian influence which combines the despotism of the worst Mongols, the Czars, the Early Jewish Soviets, the Later Peasant Soviets, the 90’s Oligarchs (gangsters), and Putin’s New Monarchy. Of them, except for the use of intentionally false propaganda, Putin (Monarch/President for Life) has done the best job of rebuilding Russia and rule of law.

(e) Declare Russia a constitutional monarchy, make Putin king, and end the pretense otherwise. Russians are too low trust and nihilistic outside of the two major cities to rely on democracy. Democracy is a failed experiment. That’s just true. Say it proudly.

(f) Continue the program of gradually suppressing corruption, extending rule of law. This process is working. It is not working fast. But it is slowly working.

(g) Use the vast oil wealth not for personal enrichment of the new Boyars, but to invest in and build a diverse modern economy.

(h) Get the Chechens out of the secret police and purge the muslim influence wherever it exists.

(i) Stay on message that the american experiment in exporting democracy which has failed everywhere, including at home, has been detrimental to mankind. “We are different in our needs.” is a perfect message. This is the only message needed to justify Russian world actions and self interest in preventing revolutions. Assuming we are all building advanced economies, the form of government is irrelevant.

Russia need not play fools games. Sufficient population. Sufficient armament. Sufficient resources. WHat’s missing are rule of law, and a diverse economy. And spending short term oil wealth on redistribution and privatization rather than the diversification of the economy (see silicon valley) is wasting an opportunity.
