I’m not sure there is a logic to your question.
The revolution was successful
The same techniques would succeed in the west.
Russian invasion has been destructive.
Men stayed, women fled. Most people I know remain.
Deaths have been easily absorbable by the remaining population.
Their only problem like russia’s, germany, italy, in fact all of europe is the overemployment of women and the reduction of reproduction to below replacement levels.
Are you trying to state that because RU invaded UA that a revolution even bigger than the civil rights movement won’t succeed in the USA?

smart question.
In simple terms the level of technology determines the means by which to measure the behavior of citizenss. Relgion (reputation), Law (reputation), Credit (reputation), and unfortunately Social Scores (reputation), all increase the resolution of judgement of an individual and either increase (rarely) or decrease (often) his or her opportunities, thus imposing a cost on deviation from the traditions, norms, rules, and laws.
I would suggest a thought for you to consider, that all technology either increases the amount of available energy, decreases the cost of available energy, or decreases the cost of and therefore reduces time and space, as well as the information recording and transport in that time and space.
The most important property of a polity is rule of law and the deviation from natural law in that rule of law. For that reason one must ‘grow’ a polity starting with a military, then a judiciary, then a government, then a market, and only then can one have participatory government where we battle for preference of commons.

Correct. Urban city states and suburban and rural territorial states. For the simple reason that they have opposing interests in the rules of the commons because they are polar opposites in opportunity costs and responsibility for commons.

I’ve done a revolution. It didn’t take long. Even in the states, the USG gave in after only three weeks in the sixties. Just FYI, the moment they fire on you, you win, and they’re done. However, this means your set of demands must be in the interest of all at the expense of the credentialed class in media, academy, and state.
I am farily certain if our organization hadn’t been rushed in 20 would could have had the ball rolling, but that was a gamble we took. And hence why I’ve h ad the FBI in my kitchen multiple times for many hours of discussion (and threats.)
