    THE STATE

    The state is the only de-facto sovereign (organization) in competition with other polities for territory, resources, trade routes, built capital, and population.

    The state maintains that sovereignty as an insurer of last resort, maintaining a monopoly of violence in its capacity of insurer of last resort. It obtains income to pay for its function as an insurer of last resort, through fees sufficient to provide insurance against all competitors.

    The state adds value by suppression of all competitors to it’s fees, using the judicial system – thereby freeing the population from many high friction transaction costs in exchange for one low friction transaction cost (taxes). This is why states are always wealthier than non states – economic velocity.

    The government produces commons in addition to the states in order to generate the returns from commons – organizing the production of non-consumables prohibiting privatization by consumption ‘abusus’, but by allowing “usus” (use), creating ‘fructus’ (fruits).

    The production of commons increases population, trade, and therefore revenues that can be distributed between the production of common when times are fair(good), and functioning as insurer of last resort when times are dear (hard).

    Since the cost of both sovereignty and commons is only determined by market competition, then we have no say about the construction of state, military, judiciary, government, and institutions. We have only say in how competitive we desire to be and the relative conditions we live under.

    To produce a relatively anarchic polity would require only the production of sufficient military capability to deny all competitors, and retaining population and production necessary to pay for it, with the commons necessary to retain that population.

    In other words you don’t get to choose very much if you want to survive as a polity.

    The only means of minimizing a government long term is to do what I’ve recommended, which is exhaustive application of the law of reciprocity limiting allr ents, and then a payment (tax) system that was as closests to operating a business as possible. And that would require, exactly what I’ve proposed.

    We don’t ask people to do anything. They do them of their own volition. John, Bill, Eli, Brandon, Martin, Alain, Pomen, and the fifty other guys I could mention – we just let the market do its job. And we even spin off people. People take P and use it for their own purposes. And that’s what we want them to do. P creates a big tent on the methodology, but it creates a lot of tribes for the application of it to different political, economic, philosophical, and spiritual frames. Sure, I have a solution for constitutional reformation to continue the western tradition and to follow the hindus and the chinese into insulation from the semitic and african civilizations so that we can each develop our civilizations according to our needs. But you can build any form of political or economic order under P and under rule of law with P – you just have to do it truthfully and reciprocally. So when we say “markets in everything” we mean EVERYTHING.

    The Overton window is taking abuse. We push on it from the inside so it expands. There are also people on both fringes pulling the edges of discourse from the outside. We’re breaking the window frame; and we ought to. Discourse is all acceptable; it’s certain action that isn’t. So, we’re crushing a concept.

    As the window opens more perspective frames break. I’ve been attempting to frame the conversation around the edges so previous frames of for sense-making that offered clarity become obsolete. (Say capitalism/socialism… the frame is false; we’re forcing the issue).

    Your timeline has always been money from what I could tell. The future has events that provide clarity/turning points. (2020 election for instance)

    At this point anything that alters the emotional underlay of the populace suites us because emotional breakdowns are perspective altering. The detractors, those that look to minimize emotional fluctuations only work to create emotional fragility and unstable frames (as they are emotionally based). [All chaos suites those that can reinstitute order. We’re the only ones offering anything fair]

    No one can survive sanely inside themselves searching for happiness. The recent JBP breakdown proves the solid open individualist frame [the one JBP purports as paramount] doesn’t hold up under pressure to change the whole world. It crumbles and falls apart because it’s more than anyone can do.

    See I believe it’s ok to need others. It’s necessary. I’ve been lucky to have those I can lean and depend on. I have been blessed with those I can trust. And now I have a system to vet everyone and can teach it to everyone else. (Thank you)

    We’re winning and people join winning teams. It’s a matter of getting them to put their money where their mouth is. And since money is abundant and it’s time that’s scarce; they have every reason. 😉

    There are a lot of vets with issues – maybe most of them. They need organization and purpose but the problem with the current military is that they have been put to imperial rather than national use, forced to fight 4gw in hostile territory, where everyone is some degree of foe, forced to fight in these conditions under absurd rules of engagement, forced to fight in those intolerable conditions for longer periods than is mentally tolerable for humans, had their reason for fighting destroyed, effectively lost every recent war, and under an upper bureaucracy that is in their view immoral and absent honor – so they come back having fought for broken policy, to save a broken civilization, into a society that is broken, when they are broken, and they lack leadership to un-break both society and themselves in the process. In this sense they are a market. They are however, a market that requires a different product. We have produced a revolution in thought that unites the sciences and makes possible the restoration of our traditional law and culture in scientific and legal terms. We have produced a constitution that we can use as a solution that I hope will animate people across the spectrum – other than immigrants, the state, financial, academy, and entertainment sectors. We are working slowly on producing a philosophy that applies it to personal life. But we have not produced a story of their place in that unbroken world, where they will be unbroken, and they are valued in ensuring it remains unbroken. So what we have learned from this challenging period is that we have a market that we can satisfy largely by giving it purpose.

    I (we) hold the position that (a) we should be pursuing rights to self determination, and our way of life, and that requires arms just as others require faith. (b) We are tolerant of those that conform to our traditional group strategy, and are inclusive within that limit, but that integration on a scale of other than middle and upper middle class christians (Black, Hispanic, Asian) has failed, and that we will not leave a window open for repeating the failures of the 20th.

    Our strategy evolves. My strategy at present is to push rights. Move to the center on those rights, but be intolerant regarding policy and rights, which will drive our better people to us, and cause separation on demand for commons that will happen to be those preferred by our people.

    My understanding from the historical evidence everywhere is that if we create a separate union on our terms, then the best will depart leaving the blue cities ghettos with an elite that exploits them but cannot exploit the middle, and that new cities will replace the commercial them.

    As I’ve said, by merely emptying DC as a power center, and gutting new york as a financial center, and disemboweling the media’s income stream, we will achieve our goals.

    The reason this will work is that we are going to buy off left right and center middle with the returns on redistributing all that wealth.

    So to repeat the strategy for those that aren’t on board with it, we offer a deal that is full of desirable ideas and then turn the population against the real enemy. At that point they will double down like all humans and give us moral license to us both left and right activists and ‘divide the spoils’.
