THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH AFRICAN AMERICANS THAT BAD POLICY DIDN’T CAUSE Subsaharan Africans ask me all the time. So do north africans. So do south americans. So do Egyptians and persians. So to south indians. “What is wrong with us?” There is nothing wrong other than many at the bottom in relation to the skills necessary for comparative advantage. Without comparative advantage (the ability to economically compete on world markets) you’re stuck in poverty – permanently. And it will not be possible to organize complex production without four to six generations of zero births at the bottom. It is not possible to produce a voluntary organization of production (market economy) and the incentives and efficiency of a market economy, nor a Pareto hierarchy of people and assets (people who know how to produce economic returns from productivity), with a bottom heavy distribution of population. It’s not POSSIBLE. There was a short window that the russians tried to use but everyone other than the russians failed, and the russians tried to use it for more than one generation. You can’t. It’s not possible. So, you see outrage blame and oppression where I see statistics: Why are blacks so excessively impulsive, violent, lacking discipline and agency? Well, the answer is (a) our tolerance for it (b) they mature earlier and we’re not providing training to a demographic that matures faster than all others (c) and instead forcing them to adhere to standards they can’t, without the training for it. (d) and then subjecting them to continuous negative signaling, social, economic, political, and police pressure because we failed to provide that training – and worse, because we failed to prohibit reproduction below minimum IQ and minimum trait conscientiousness, and minimum psychopathy (anti-social behavior). A century ago “George” would have been hanged by now and eliminated from the population. But we let women vote. And we let blacks into the franchise without first requiring full integration including into middle class manners ethics and morals. We let communsits, neo-marxists, socialists, postmodernists go unpunished instead of purging them like we did past heretics. We’re soft. We pay the price of our softness. He  (“George”) did too. And the police officers will as well.  We pay the cost of feminine magical thinking (a problem in males as well as females). A magical thinking that mothers require to invest in often hopeless offspring (a third of all children are in the bottom third so to speak), but women evidently cannot suppress that magical thinking political judgement and vote by intuition instead of empiricism, and are easy victims of pseudoscience that satisfies their magical thinking. Data is data. The harsh truths of black frustration, aggression, violence, personality, and intelligence distributions mean that the africans did not go through agrarian genetic pacification like peoples in colder climes, so that the vast majority of the african population is underclass and unemployable. We complain our white ancestors may have been oppressed. But that’s counter to the evidence. they were domesticated (genetically pacified) like all other animals, by selection for living in close quarters in cold climates with limited growing seasons. So were east asians. The warmer climes were not. This is why there is such a difference between european and east asians, and an even greater difference between protestant europeans who practiced bipartite manorialism, and even grater difference with north sea europeans who did so for longer, and were under the absolute nuclear family – where you could not reproduce unless you could demonstrate marriage, and character necessary to obtain farm land. The dirty secret of western civlization is we have been practicing soft eugenics for four thousand years. By the late middle ages all of north and central europe was genetically middle class. Under normal conditions, african americans would evolve traditions, norms, manners, ethics and morals within the community that would mitigate their behavior at their faster rate of maturity and resulting higher impulsivity. Under FORCED INTEGRATION we prohibit their formation of ingroup manners, ethics, morals, institutions, and elites. So instead of continuing pre-mid-century separation, continuing pre-war eugenics, letting the black community continue to develop a middle class and institutions suitable to their rates and depths of development (sexual maturity), and the self respect from having done so – the democratic party (seeking power by seeking dependents) has destroyed their culture and made them dysgenic, incompetent, dependents victim-signaling from a life of continuous hopelessness. There is nothing wrong with black people that self-governance would not cure. While all peoples are compatible by trade in markets, not all people are compatible in neighborhoods, commons, education, and the workforce. And so, you ‘idealistic idiots’ are well meaning but cruel fools. Separate. Evolve. Prosper, and cooperate by markets where we cannot cooperate in neighborhoods, business, commons, or even polities. Whites rule better than all other people on earth by a long shot. But self rule is always preferable. And cities can functions as markets for heterogeneity as they have throughout history, while outside them we maintain our homogeneity, and the resulting, high trust, manners, ethics, morals, traditions, and resulting, laws institutions, and knowledge.
