Sure. I’ll debate an anarchist. What’s the topic?

My debate with any anarchist would consist of a series of asks for the content of a constitution (contract) of terms, how such a polity could be brought into being; and how it would survive competition for trade, population, territory, and control. This invariably results in the anarchist avoiding the questions, making false or wishful claims about human nature and behavior, and counterfactual claims about history. I don’t need ‘exposure’. So would this involve wasting my time, and require me to back a naive, intellectually dishonest opponent into a corner, thus only exacerbating my reputation as ‘a meanie’, or would, once (deterministically) falsified the opponent retreated into ‘well it would be nice’, or ‘one can hope at sometime it’s a possibility’?

Upcoming Debate with Walter Block

Apparently Walter Block and I are going to have a debate, arranged by Patrick Smith (the moderator and host of Anarchast.com MY SUGGESTED TOPIC: Justificationary Anarcho Capitalist Rational Philosophy versus Adversarial(falsificationary) Empirical Rule of Law of Reciprocity (natural law) (its really a continuation of the eternal debate between Plato vs Aristotle) This is the underlying question that divides the libertarian community, and frankly we’re the only two people living and competent to have that discussion. BUT WALTER’S TOPIC: “Is a state necessary for a just society” (The very title of which explains the problem) I don’t care the subject since no matter the framing the debate is the same. USUALLY THESE DEBATES ARE CANCELLED Usually the ANCAP community rallies to stop any MI engagement with me (out of justifiable fear). So I’ll keep y’all informed, but I pretty much expect the same.
