Our proposal is 1) to teach the population how to respond to officers to reduce officer perception of threat. 2) To use more officers per vehicle (or stop) and de-escalation. 3) To remove quotas for tickets etc because that’s how local justice is paid for (farming us).

There are racial DISPARITIES, because there are (huge) racial differences in probability of criminality.
The question is whether there is systemic racism in police forces and we don’t see that at all.
We see officers recognizing reality. But they are just acting rationally.
