Apparently someone I care about thinks I’m a racist.
Look, I have a job. That job is the truth. I don’t get an opinion about the truth. That’s a luxury you have. It’s not
one I have. I write law. Constitutional law.
Do you want a judge to have an opinion, or to adjudicate the law by the truth? I work from the truth whether I like it or not. And there are many truths I have discovered that I do not care for. But that’s my job. And someone has to do it.
As a person, I care that you’re moral, kind, and of good manners. As an entrepreneur, you’re all green – I can either make money with you or not. As a philosopher of jurisprudence I depend on the science.
Why? Because my goal is to prevent lies in public, to the public, in matters public, particularly from the government, academy, and media. Why that goal? Because we cannot use the government as a market for cooperation between sexes, classes, and ethnicities unless we work from the truth.
Why? Because the truth is that sexes, classes, and ethnicities do not need ‘one size fits all’, which is eitehr exclusionary or a race to the bottom. We need what suits our developmental differences until we are capable of equal participation according to our abilities.
If you think there is a more moral objective then you’re wrong.
So I will state the painful truth about the differences between sexes classes and ethnicities, and most importantly cultures – because cultures are the source of our problems – not so much our genes.
Would I prefer to live in a homogenous culture in england or scandinavia or northeastern america? Of course. Would most of us prefer to have the opportunity for a mixed culture urban environment either when young or when seeking novelty? Of course. Would I prefer to live with other technology ceos or other public intellectuals, and not people of classes with whom I do not share anything at all other than moral conviction? Of course.
But that doesn’t affect my judgement as an author of law. And it doesn’t affect my behavior in treating all people with respect and kindness and care whenever possible. Nor does it prevent me from, when necessary, stating the painful truth to prevent us from conflict, or to prohibit public servants from lying to us with reckless abandon under the presumption than they know better than the people. (they don’t)
    Cheers

    (Diary)
I don’t have many days dedicated to ‘think days’. When I ran companies I would have think days, weeks, or even a whole month. When I would buy a company or start one I usually spent about a month or so planning it out in my usually painful detail.
But think days are important. Days where you ensure you have the “head space” open, free of distractions or concerns.
Today I set aside to think about a certain aspect of my work – and how to deliver it, now that my health, then my faculties, and finally my emotions have returned to a state where I can.
Prior to the covid and post-covid illness, I would script out podcasts and videos and record them semi-professionally – at least given the circumstances available to me at the time.
And while the team and I record hours and hours of ad-hoc and live videos, It’s about time to return producing scripted content again – despite the time required to do so. Especially given that I’ve sort of ‘gone public’ with the recent videos on the sex differences in cognition, and the feminine-abrahamic-marxist method of antisocial behavior, sedition, and warfare.
I suspect that given the majority of the work Brad and I have done during my recovery has resulted in the work being easier to understand. So part of the reason for scripted content is testing whether that’s true or not.
Despite hours of my work on the foundations of language, logic, grammar, cognition, and neuroscience, those videos do not seem to attract much attention.
The same goes for my work on ‘The Choice’ – what to do in our present circumstance.
And I suspect that (a) we are still heavily suppressed, but (b) I suspect the content is still too difficult for many potential audiences (c) And that even the constitution is too detailed, and as such only the summary of the policies are what they care about – not the science and logic that explains it.
    Cheers

  • (Diary) I don’t miss owning houses they are a time and money sink. I don’t miss

    (Diary)
I don’t miss owning houses they are a time and money sink. I don’t miss owning companies. Wealth is a vapid legacy. I certainly don’t miss living in airports and hotels. I don’t really even miss traveling, doing business, or learning about different strategies and cultures in different countries. I do miss Ukraine. Every day. I do miss intelligence work. I miss each of my ex’s a bit. I certainly miss my Ferrari. A lot. I miss my dog. A lot. I miss my horse a little – not riding him, but just – well, they’re magical in their own way. A relationship you only feel, don’t think at all. And the ritual of caring for them every day or two is peaceful. Mindful. Like being human instead of a part of this bureaucratic and procedural world we’ve made. Today I have more friends of better quality, morality, respect, and honor than I had during the rest of my life combined. I do more important work that only a few understand. And, perhaps having survived cancers and more, I am more thankful of it than I was when younger.
I’ve become self aware of how thankful I am for everything in my life. And everyone else I know who practices the same thankfulness achieves the same peace of mind. So regular thankfulness is perhaps the best means of mindfulness we can give ourselves.
That said, there is one spectrum of evil in this world, and that is the evil of governments. And I would burn this one to the ground and salt its earth, and start anew, with only minor reforms, that would never again, allow such madness as the arrogance of progressives, idealism of marxists, and folly of the fools – especially our women, to turn a civilizational industrialization of individual responsibility and autonomy into one of irresponsibility, dependency, and procedural and debt servitude – And if I can do much else with what remains of my life it will be to leave behind an explanation of how those of heart, mind, and moral conviction can reverse the great crime brought upon our people, and prevent for thousands of years into the future, the political seditious muslims, the political and marxist jewish intellectuals, the christian progressives, and the folly of the introduction of women into a polity without advancing the law to equally prohibit women’s methods of antisocial behavior, undermining, sedition, treason, and war, whether intuited by the feminine genome, systematized, promoted, and institutionalized by political jews, and used for self aggrandizement and credentialism by men who only generations before had been of merit in demonstrated competency in farming, production, military, and state.
    Never again.
    Never, ever, again.
That is what I yet wish to be thankful for.

  • “Curt: Q: What is your GOAT video game list?”– I stopped playing games in 2009.

–“Curt: Q: What is your GOAT video game list?”–

I stopped playing games in 2009. Other than competitive counter-strike I can’t say I have ‘favorites’ so much as games worth replaying. And given that my interest is in AI, is I started writing games in the 1970s when we ran them on time shared mainframes using terminals.
I wrote games until the mid 80s. I used to review games for Compuserve back in the day. So I played a lot of games in the early to mid 80s. (Until I bought my first company). I did try to produce a Quake II add on but couldn’t nail down the license with ID. And the maps (levels) I designed for Counter Strike are still out there.
After I sold my first company I went back for grad school and among other things, worked on game AI with the intent of military applications (I dropped out to start another biz – ’cause, you know, a woman, honestly.)
So I would have to make a ‘greatest’ list for every generation of games. To date, the games that affected me most were Adventure (txt game), Starflight (8 colors), Wizardry Series, Ultima and Bard’s Tale series, DnD Gold Box Series, Wing Commander Series, Civilization series, Quake/Unreal Series, Counterstrike Series, Diablo Series, Far Cry Series, Elder Scrolls series, Dead Island series, Dead Space series, Borderlands series. I did try Asherons Call, Warcraft, and some others but I found they were time sinks and bad for me. I maintain an account on ESO to help me ‘reset’ when I’m overdoing it, but that’s all I do, and it’s enough for me.
There are many others I could list but those are the series that ‘suspended disbelief’.
And yes I did all this while building eleven companies – largely to reduce the stress of doing so. It was (and still might be ) the only way to turn off the autism’s obsessive thinking without the use of liquid or chemical assistance so to speak. 😉
