I would say it doesn’t matter what form of coercion, but yes, we could say it doesn’t matter what form of coercion, and it’s not clear that direct violence is coercion, rather than just force and aggression. So Libertarians use aggression as the ‘bucket’ but not against WHAT.

I am not sure that libertarianism addresses the influence, persuasion, coercion, spectrum. They work from volition and property alone. But they don’t enumerate demonstrated interests other than those limited to the intersubjectively verifiable.
They’re trying to justify crime.

I would say the error is in first premise: that we need a reason not to engage in violence, parasitism, and predation. That limits us to terms of reciprocity. Blackmail empirically incentivizes violence, and therefore violates the CAUSE of the terms of reciprocity.

Blackmail is the best tests because it’s voluntary but violates reciprocity, which means it violates the conditions under which retaliation is incentivized.
So people retaliate against blackmail. They don’t against reporting to police or court – because they can’t.
