Your understanding of rule of law and the purpose of the court is childish.
The court is mandating transparency and legitimacy by requiring all law to be passed by the legislature. Sorry. You’re wrong and the court is correct.
The court is reversing the mid 20th bypassing of the people and the legislature because those matters did not result in settled law. As such were illegitimate.
They are returning power to the states and the people.
