Which judges?
We don’t have a separate administrative court as does most of europe, so everything ‘climbs’ through the court hierarchy.
State judges vary widely, even if state supreme court justices tend to at least not be horrible.
Federal District judges who settle mundane matters are not of the same calibre as those above them in the Federal court hierarchy.
Even our Appellate judges vary from ideological (west coast, new england/ny) to constitutional (the south, esp Texas).
As of January 2, 2025, out of 679 district court judges, 384 were appointed by Democratic presidents and 257 by Republican presidents. This is the source of the problem.

I AM COMING TO ANOTHER UNCOMFORTABLE CONCLUSION.
Hon. Amy Comey-Barrett is creating the evidence that even an intelligent, educated, accomplished, conservative women cannot reliably adjudicate the law according to the law.
I’m sorry but one must be male and domestically born and raised to serve as a judge. The chance that we would miss out on an exceptional judge is offset by the certainty that we will embed multiple judges that neither understand nor intuit the natural, common, concurrent law of sovereignty, capitalization and individual responsibility for them to other citizens. And why that is the reason for the rapid success of the west versus the rest.

Not true. Both in the USA and in the UK we’ve seen the use of Sharia Courts in muslim-dense cities, particularly for marital disputes. In the UK at least 100k marriages have taken place under sharia law and are not registered with the state.
