Parents must discipline children so that they change their behavior from unconstructive to constructive. Whenever I discipline people they go away. They eventually learn and return and love them for it. Because sometimes all of us need it.

Man Up means treating children as children, not taking them seriously, giving them a compliment, a pat on the head, a lolly, and getting back to work.
