Data is data. Neoteny exchanges longer life, slower maturity, shallower maturity, lower aggression, for agency (self regulation) and and increased intelligence.
They are a much more conforming people with lower tolerance for, and capacity for the resolution of, conflict. Hence their face before truth and failure to solve the problem of politics.
