In the nature vs nurture debate it’s nature 80%, idiosyncratic experience 20% and as far as we can tell you can ‘harm’ children but you can’t ‘improve’ them over the long run. In the end genetic expression always dominates.

Those are the axis that determine the variation of human behavior in all aspects of life.

We have culled evil men, and “Genetic Pacifism” was pervasive in both europe and china with a definite genetic impact on the populations.
