But even if intelligence is the hard problem of heritability, the difference between classes in intelligence, especially under caste(class) selection, remains. And race differences an aggregate expression of sizes of classes, and neotenic evolution given geographic origin.

So, the primary variation appears to be high causal density during in-utero development, and the genetics of producing the environment (biochemistry) that the nervous system develops and persists in across life – not nurture. IOW, intelligence is the hard problem of heritability.
