Can those of you who have a low opinion of #therapy, briefly explain why? I sort of treat therapists like any other medical professional: if I am having a problem, I visit one.
But I’m wondering if we need classes in GETTING therapy before we start it. (BTW:A bigger ego helps.)

Humans can problem solve by daydreaming, auto-associating, reasoning, rationalizing, calculating, and computing. It just depends on what you’re capable of, what you know how to do, the category of problem you’re trying to address, and the ‘computational reducibility’ of it.

I might be slow but the female need for emotional (empathic) stimulation evolved for the responsibiilty of mothering children, and the demand that males fulfill it is leading to so much of the missed expecations and generation of dysfunction in dating and mating.

SOCIALIZING VS DATING
Most people would be better off if they stopped dating and spent more time socializing outside of their existing circle. Why? Socializing causes you to adapt to others, dating causes you to continue NOT TO adapt to others.
