I’m not sure they can. As we’ve seen, the closer we get to testimonial truth in the behavioral sciences the fewer people that can tolerate not only the work to learn it but the reformation of their minds that results, and the intellectual honesty it requires.

I don’t understand the equality fantasy vs compatibility necessity failure of feminism. A woman’s only value to a man is femininity. Men are better for everything else, because men are factual, loyal, cheap, teams. I don’t see the value of men for masculine women: incompatible.
