Pair bonding is a weak instinct evolved to protect access to reproduction and suppressing internal warfare. It was necessary as soon as the strongest could not survive coordinated attacks. Amplified culturally by invention of weapons.

Great piece by Green: “Human Stupidity,” is a combination of fragmentary knowledge. I’d say with ability, malincentive to opine, defend, or advocate for the self or group, by using that fragmentary knowledge. IMO the purpose of Abrahamic deceit is to prohibit knowledge.

Not really sure how you envision these topics being related. Drug use is linear with class, economic lack of opportunity, and alienation. With differences in groups a reflection of the size of their lower classes, in relation to population density, in relation to diverse groups.
