Well, ‘movements’ have eccentric ambitions. Normalizing autism will not occur by denormalizing existing measurements (terms). That’s social construction of a falsehood. Aspie, ocd, Add, are descriptive, and normalized in the STEM world. So what I hear is ‘redistribution’.

Denmark surveys as the happiest country. But we discover that they just think it’s bad manners to say otherwise. In other words, ‘self reporting’ is the worst information in the social sciences. That’s why we use dmonstrated behavior whenever possible and not surveys.

For me, it just means I feel relaxed, and can switch contexts. Technically, Aspies have hyperfocus not ocd, and so the problem is I can’t choose what I focus on unless it’s interesting, then I can’t break off my attention. ADD drugs help even more.
