Why are so many women into superstitions and magical thinking? Horoscopes, fortune tellers, psychics, ‘energies’, crystals, numerology, and such? Is it empathizing plus impulsivity plus neuroticism? A substitute for internal lack of self-regulation? Projection of external cause?

Reality: I work in behavioral sciences, including psych, econ and law. Social media allows us to run tests of demonstrated behavior instead of reported behavior. By artfully asking questions or asserting statements, we discover human abilities and biases – esp means of deceit.

Depends if they are male biased or female biased AFAIK white sexual dimorphism is the highest, and east asian the lowest.
Note:we are at the very extreme edge of the research here AND there is a ‘publication bias’ against publication of the subject matter.
