Education must match the needs of the community (demographic) to account for the rate of development (faster) and therefore the need for discipline(ritual, habit, order), exercise (release, socialization), and repetition (more cycles to learn the same information), in groups.

IMO we must provide a means for the black community to compensate for 1SD lower average IQ, and faster sexual development, without proximity to jews, asians, and whites that are the opposite. Proximity=problems b/c status signals force them into lower caste behaviors.
