If you have to try 20 therapists find one you can ‘confess to’ (trust). Find one that knows aspie/autism.
I work on ‘correcting’ the therapy field to accomodate masculine minds.

Male <-> Female
Empathizing <-> Systematizing
Solipsism <-> Autism
Where solipsism and autism are failure points of dimorphism.
