I can explain it to most people with some scientific or programming background.

FWIW: R/K was created as a huristic device (to help people understand), and since the 90’s the academy has sought to replace it with the fast-slow life paradigm (partly for Woke purposes). I prefer using both as competing dimensions which solves the empirical problem with R/K.
