THE RACE AND IQ DEBATE IS OVER. FINALLY.
We are done with the debate ok? Race differences in intelligence are predictable from brain function. It’s over. Thank you. Finally. No more anti-darwinian marxist nonsense please.

Now can we get on with ‘this is largely a consequence of differences in class sizes, given class sizes are a difference in genetic load vs neotenic evolution. This is a core issue of the race problem in general: individuals make up a group. the metrics of the group reflect the distribution of individuals in the group. That doesn’t mean there aren’t smart people and dim people in every group. It means that some groups were able to (or had to) exit the reproduction of more dim (or disagreeable) people than others because of climate, resources, and geography.

Now, there is an outlier problem that someone has already noticed int he comments, and there is some pretty heavy genetic load at the bottom of the black distribution. This needs some investigation.

Like I said: neotenic evolution is a pretty simple single direction of human evolution. And without isolation and speciation events, it’s impossible to capture dramatic improvements. So man evolved through four isolation and speciation events until we ran out of space for isolation and speciation events.

I can’t quite explain the siberian-american IQ, but it’s possible that the end of the ice age, plus the reverse direction of the climate as they move from north to south prohibited the otherwise visible effects of selection pressure. There is vast difference in neotenic expression in the various ethnicities of the siberian-americans (which is fascinating and diverse). But it would seem that they were so successful in the Americas that they didn’t produce a stress event – or didn’t have time to.
