6/n Ergo hookup culture is serving the interest of a small number of men who benefit, and a somewhat larger number of women who think they’re benefitting, but are just burning their emotionally adaptive capacity AND the male’s emotionally adaptive capacity.

5/n Ergo, b/c men need time to emotionally test the potential of a relationship, and that test requires about three months, and that test needs to be ‘shared experiences to form an intuition, then you can either catch a male with shared non-sex experiences or you can’t catch him.

We knew about the economy. But I had no idea the condition of the RU stores and military was as bad as it was. No one else I know of did either. It surprised everyone. But, now, in attrition warfare the variables are, stores of tolerance. Even US has limited fire stores left.

The argument that I’ve read is that selling multiple homes(apartments) for multiple generations was better than selling one home for multiple generations. The reality is that leaders assumed full integration into the european (northern) model of society evolved under manorialism.

Sorry, no. You could argue for the mass movement of agrarians to the cities, then to little pink houses, fulfilling the promise of middle-class (property-owning) majority. You could argue that small apartments in cities was to prevent intergenerational famlies, and that’s true.

WHY? Because the incentives to reorganize (restructure) have to exist long enough, that networks of sustainable specialization, production, finance, and trade adapt to the new circumstances, and deflate (vaporize) the misallocated capital (time).

How hard is it to destroy $50B in real assets vs financial assets? $50B Financial assets can vaporize overnight. To destroy $50B in real assets takes wars or hurricanes AND bad judgment.

All wealth (capital across the spectrum) consists of a store of Time. Some of that time is stored in real assets, and some of it in financial assets. Real assets exist. Financial interests MIGHT exist. Financial assets are promises. Not all promises are possible to keep.

Most wealth of the 1% that’s expanded of late, is just ‘promises’ that are impossible to keep. All financial assets (vs real assets) are mere promises. We control only whether we want to keep our promises. We don’t control whether our promises are possible to keep.
Economies do.

So what you’re not grasping is that I measure ALL capital (hayek) not just income statements (keynes). And I ‘price’ the net effect of immigrant traditions, norms, values, on the decline in anglo-germanic capital that was expensive to produce and maybe unreproducible.
