I consider myself a ‘5’ in SMV.
I’m lower upper class. But I’m also from the anglo aristocratic and martial tradition.
I have no interest in trying to rule others.
I’m gifted in some important ways and no one disputes that but I pay the mild Asperger’s cost for it in some circumstances.
Race differences are largely in demographic distribution due to geographic stresses.
Morality is objective and I can discuss the moral differences between civilizations with ease – and none are perfect.
Institutions are objectively measurable and have been for years.
So the question is only how close is a civilization to the natural law, which is the optimum (how does it vary), vs how possible is it for a given civilization, ethnicity, polity to evolve closer to natural law given demographics, geography, competitors, and present institutions.

The Anglos invented modernity. I’m a product of anglo genetics and civilization. And I’m in the gene pool of the more highly achieving Anglos. America until the postwar period is the most thorough expression of natural law, a natural law set of institutions and a natural law polity, that has been attempted by man.

In this sense, the classical liberal “Responsibilism” project of “aristocratic egalitarianism” achieved its height in the USA in the 1930s and has declined since.
I can and have articulated the reasons why.

However, “Responsibilism”, or the end product of the five thousand years of aristocratic egalitarianism, has almost singlehandedly dragged mankind out of superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, tyranny, and the vicissitudes of nature in the bronze, iron, steel, and new silicon ages. And there is no comparison at all to be had other than a few exceptions.

The reasons are partly due to founding institutions that anchor every civilization, and partly due to genetics, and partly due to geography.

So the West ‘computes’ evolution faster than all other civilizations combined. And as such, evolves faster than all other civilizations combined. When all others exhausted even agrarianism by 800 AD. And the West does so despite being a tiny population on the edge of the bronze age. Thus making ‘who is first’ irrelevant versus ‘who is fastest’, because who is fastest is first more often. The West is fastest because classical liberal ‘responsibilism’ is the most evolutionary system possible for man.

And yes we have failed ourselves and everyone else in the postwar period. For the reasons I’ve described in today’s staff meeting video.
